Commission

This is a commission that I was asked to create for Nevermore Productions. It's to be used as a cover album for their faux metal band that is going to be in their film "The Barn". This was indeed a tough commission, the concept was to go old school metal band with the albums design. It's all colored pencils and pastels on a 50% gray toned paper. I would have liked to do it in ink rather than colored pencils, but I don't have all of the ink colors that would be needed to render it and there was also a pretty heavy time constraint on this piece as well.

It was a lot of fun putting it together and seeing it slowly come to life more and more with each colored pencil that I used and I enjoyed working with Nevermore Productions and look forward to seeing the film when it's completed.
